Noori Waterfall is situated in Tial village, located in Haripur District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The waterfall is 85 kilometres (53 mi) away from the city of Islamabad. It is approximately 10 feet tall and is located in an open cove that is formed on the side of the hill. The water stream is clear and blue and the cove is filled with waist-deep water with a sandy floor that becomes deeper towards the edges.

People must traverse several kilometres across a hilly and arduous terrain to access the waterfall and immerse themselves in nature. According to Waqar Ali, a local journalist, only the physically fit, young hikers are able to complete the expedition. The breathtaking 30-metre-high waterfall cascades milky water onto an 80 by 120 feet pond that shifts to a dark green hue. The area is encircled by lush hillocks. Approximately six to ten small and large-scale natural springs located upstream supply the waterfall with its flow.
